Our third-party service providers (Google LLC in particular) are based in the United States. When data is transferred to the US, Google relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) adopted by the European Commission, and additional safeguards to ensure a level of protection essentially equivalent to that required in the EEA.
